Step 2 — Email: Attach both the CSV and PDF plus supporting documents to sampledesk@osagefood.com. Submissions missing either file cannot be processed without a full re-submission.
How to save as PDF: In the print dialog, change the Destination to Save as PDF (Chrome / Edge) or choose PDF from the dropdown (Safari). Then click Save. Attach the PDF to your email along with all checked documents above.
