General CSV Export
Every field for every request, in a spreadsheet-friendly format. Opens
cleanly in Excel. Filter by stage if you want a subset.
Pipedrive Activity CSV
Systems Architect
Fulfilled requests formatted as Pipedrive Activities. Drop the
file into Pipedrive → Tools & Apps → Import data → Activities
to mass-create one activity per fulfilled request, attached to the matching deal.
Pipedrive does not deduplicate activities on import — use the
date filter below so you only export requests fulfilled since your last run.
Backup & Restore
Save the full state of the Sample Desk (every request, every note, every
timeline entry) to a JSON file. Restore from that file later, or use it to
move data between browsers/machines. Recommended: backup weekly.
Print a Single Request
Open any request from the Queue, then use your browser's print dialog
(Ctrl+P or ⌘+P) to save a clean PDF or print a packing slip.
Import a Sample Request
Drop the CSV produced by the Sample Request Form. Only CSV is accepted — the PDF is for human reference, not data import.
